CWZA 315 CA CLINICS I Sem05/30h (0:0:30) Hands-on experience in handling of animals and clinical examination of normal and clinically sick animals (In parallel with FAHP 310 FA CLINICS 1).

CWZA 321 CA MEDICINE II (CANINE AND FELINE MEDICINE) Sem06/30h (30:0:0) Etiology, epidemiology, pathophysiology; clinical signs, clinicopathological findings and postmortem lesions, diagnosis and treatment and prevention of infectious and non-infectious diseases affecting dog and cat.

CWZA 322 (I) CA SURGERY I (ANAESTHESIA AND RADIOLOGY) Sem06/45h (30:0:15) Sedation and tranquillization; analgesia and anaesthesia for different surgical procedures; anaesthetic management and emergencies; principles of radiography; processing of X-ray films; radiographic diagnosis and radiation safety (Same as FAHP 322 (I) FA SURGERY I).

CWZA 322 (II) CA SURGERY II (GENERAL) Sem06/30h (20:0:10) General principles of surgery; asepsis; haemostasis; general surgical conditions and wounds; suture material and patterns (Same as FAHP 322 (II) FA SURGERY II).

CWZA 325 CA CLINICS II Sem06/30h (0:0:30) Continuation of CAMS 315 CA CLINICS. Practice-oriented clinical rotations including paraclinical sciences (In parallel with FAHP 320 FA CLINICS II).

CWZA 421 CA MEDICINE III (EQUINE/ZOO/WILDLIFE) Sem 08/45h (45:0:0),/ Etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical signs and clinicopathological findings, postmortem lesions, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of equine; aetiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical signs and clinicopathological findings, postmortem lesions, diagnosis and treatment of common diseases of zoo and wild animals.

CWZA 412 CA SURGERY III (SYSTEMS AND ORTHOPAEDICS) Sem07/45h (30:0:15) General and special surgical conditions of different body systems; diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedics conditions (Same as FAHP 412 FA SURGERY III).

CWZA 413(I) CA REPRODUCTION AND OBSTETRICS I (REPRODUCTION) Sem07/30h (30:0:0) Review of reproductive endocrine physiology; sexual cycles of female domestic animals; fertilization, implantation, gestation and parturition; postpartum physiology; pregnancy diagnosis; manipulation of reproduction including biotechnological applications (Same as CAMS 413 (I) FA Reproduction and Obstetrics).

CWZA 423 (I) CA REPRODUCTION AND OBSTETRICS II (OBSTETRICS AND INFERTILITY) Sem08/30h (30:0:0) Abnormal parturition and handling of dystocia; obstetrical manipulations including caesarean operation and foetotomy; disorders during the prepubertal period; gestation and the postpartum period; causes and treatment of infertility in males and females.

CWZA 423(II) CA REPRODUCTION AND OBSTETRICS III (EQUINE AND WILD/ZOO ANIMAL REPRODUCTION) Sem08/30h (30:0:0) Sexual cycle, pregnancy diagnosis and parturition of equine female; handling of dystocia and obstetrical manipulations; male reproduction; fertility and infertility; reproductive cycle and pattern of important wild and zoo animal species; breeding in captivity and wilderness; manipulation of reproduction in wild and zoo animals.
